Sales Coaching on the job. How does it work?
INTAKE
It is important that we first get to know you. Who you are, what you offer, who the customers and/or leads are that your account managers will contact, how you set yourself apart etc.
It is also important that we get to know those account managers in need of training one by one. Who they are, where do they need to improve, are they open to this and how do we rate the chances of success.
We will also conduct an intake meeting with the sales manager in order to obtain from them a good idea of the current sales team, how they work and the expectations of the training.
